Andrew is one of Australia's most engaged and engaging Professional Conference & Event MC's, as well as one of Australia's foremost speakers and trainers on Presentation Skills & Pitching for business.
A former corporate lawyer, Andrew quit law in the late 90's before starting up his own business as a corporate trainer and speaker.

As an MC, Andrew brings his casual yet corporate style to proceedings and is well-known on the conference circuit for his revealing speaker introductions, his improvisational skills and ability to adapt to different audiences.

Andrew also runs educational & interactive keynotes and workshops on Presentation Skills and Pitching Skills.

Anna Cesarano

As CEO of Doltone House, Anna is involved in the strategic decisions of the company’s growth and expansion. Anna is also co-founder of the Biaggio Signorelli Asbestos Foundation (in honour of her father and founder).
Being an active participant of the family business and having won Family Business of the Year in 2009 (2nd generation), she was also featured in BRW that same year discussing succession planning in family businesses. She participated as a mentor in the NSW Family Business Australia Next Generation mentoring program and acted as a Family Business Australia (NSW) Board Member.

In 2013 she was delighted to become Barnado’s Mother of The Year Awards’ Business Ambassador and sits on the national judging panel. She also currently participates as a Judge for Seven News Young Achiever Awards.

A passionate and committed professional communicator, Felicity has more than 18 years of experience designing and managing communications for organisations. In 2007 she founded Zadro to provide integrated strategic communications.
Felicity often leads the creative campaigns of Zadro, she believes in the value of integrity of communications design getting the internal team on board with new ideas, as much as new clients.

In 2017, Felicity was nominated as one of the most influential female entrepreneurs by a panel of business leaders organised through Fairfax and was named Communications Entrepreneur of the Year by CV Magazine. In 2019, was named an Unsung Hero by the Events and Exhibition Association of Australasia, recognising her contribution to the industry.
